TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All users who place a purchase order on filateriatoti.com establish a commercial relationship with KAPERA S.R.L. di Salvatore Somma and therefore undertake to accept these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping costs

Purchases made on kapera.it have an additional shipping cost of € 8.00 in Italy. For purchases made on kapera.it for an amount of at least € 20.00, shipping in Italy is free.
For all purchases made on kapera.it, the additional shipping cost outside Italy is € 35.00.
Shipments destined within European Union countries do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by courier.

Orders are shipped by KAPERA SRL from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

ITALY within 72 hours – Islands and Venice within 96 hours
ABROAD within 7/10 days

During the promotional period, shipments may require longer delivery times.

KAPERA SRL is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or due to force majeure beyond the control of KAPERA SRL.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to report the incident immediately to the courier and to contact KAPERA SRL at info@kapera.it Any dispute regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must reach KAPERA SRL within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Payments

On kapera.it it is possible to buy using the following methods:

PayPal: your credit card details are in no case stored in our computer systems. Through this circuit it is possible to make the payment in real time through your PayPal account or by credit card. More information on paypal.it.
Bank transfer: upon completion of the order, a summary email is sent to the customer containing the data to make the transfer. Orders are processed upon receipt of the transfer (on average 3-5 working days).

For all aspects not specifically referred to in these Terms and Conditions, the Italian and European legislation for distance trading prevails.
